Ginger tea is good to heal runny nose, adult and kids will love it. To make ginger tea, first bake/ grill ginger in the oven/ grill not longer than 5 minutes. Then slice or break with morton the ginger and boil it with enough water and some sugar. Strain the ginger tea after boiled, serve with honey if you don't like sugar.
